About halfway down the window, you'll notice an area called Components checked are used by this connection:. Click the words Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) once, making sure that the line is highlighted in blue. In doing this, also ensure that you have not unchecked the item. If you have, checkmark it again. The Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties window will appear. Check to ensure that the Obtain an IP address automatically radio button is selected in the first portion of the screen. Next, select the Use the following DNS servers and addresses radio button. This will light up the two DNS text boxes below, which were previously greyed out. Place your mouse in the text box for Preferred DNS server and from left to right, type 199.190.202.99, making sure that the cursor skips to the next space after each grouping of three is input. When you've typed in the preferred DNS numbers, repeat with the Alternate DNS server text area. Type 204.117.214.10 in the box, repeating the same process as before. When you're ready to continue, click OK at the bottom of the window.

STEP 6
Back at the Your Connection Name Properties window, click OK at the bottom of the window.
